PETS: There are NO pets allowed on the property without written approval
of the owners. Please respect our strict pet policy. Any violation of our
pet policy will result in a complete forfeiture of the deposit and no future rentals.
SMOKING: There will be NO SMOKING whatsoever anywhere inside of the house.
Failure to comply with this requirement will result in forfeiture of the
security/damage deposit and no future rentals. Please make sure no evidence of smoking is left outside of the house and grounds.

INTERNET/TV/DVDs: There is a TV equipped with DVD in the main living room, a TV in the master bedroom. Feel free to bring or rent your own DVDs.
Spectrum is the internet provider
There are 2 TV’s with Chromecast for streaming - There is no cable TV at
the house.
